Growing Community Connections (GCC) is a collaborative that unites partners from our communities including: many agencies, businesses, schools, churches, city officials, families, and more, for the purpose of improving the quality of life for the children, youth, and families that reside in the area. The combined expertise and resources of the many partners provides a power house of support to those most in need. Nebraska Children & Families Foundation provides much-appreciated funding as well as many professional supports. The facilitation and fiscal (backbone services) are provided by Siouxland Human Investment Partnership. These agencies along with our wonderful partners ensure a successful collaboration that is having a powerful impact on families in our communities. GCC uses the Collective Impact approach to solve many of today’s complex community challenges. By working together, we can capitalize on the vast resources partners already have and are willingly sharing.

Growing Community Connections does not provide proograms; it serves as a common table for community partners to gather around and collectively address community needs. our Common agenda is to “Improve the quality of life and social-emotional well-being of children, youth, and families in our communities.

Growing Community Connections has many wonderful partners from our tri state area of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
